1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we only accept returns in the following cases:
The product is damaged or leaking upon arrival.
You received the wrong item.
The product is expired upon delivery.
Returns for change of mind or taste preference are not accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid order number.
Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item must be provided.
3. Return & Refund Process

Provide:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photo(s)/video as evidence
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (via the original payment method).
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or partially consumed items
Items not in their original packaging
Products reported after the 48-hour window
Sale or clearance items (unless damaged/defective)
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
