1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or leaking upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is expired upon delivery.

Returns for change of mind or taste preference are not accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid order number.

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item must be provided.

3. Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact Us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photo(s)/video as evidence

  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (via the original payment method).

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed items

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Products reported after the 48-hour window

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged/defective)

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
